They are not an offer of insurance, a guarantee of a premium, or a promise of approval. The final premium, rate class and eligibility are determined by the carrier through underwriting; the issued policy and its endorsements control.

No coverage is bound here. Requesting a rate quote, an application or a contact message does not establish coverage. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy and it is accepted and paid for.
